Dickson Mounds Museum - 10956 N. Dickson Mounds Road, Lewistown, IL 61542, 309/547-3721.  Open daily (except New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and admission is free.  On-site archaeological museum, includes many hands-on activites, discovery programs, guided tours, and other opportunities.  Something for everyone from toddlers to seniors.  Groups should make advance reservations.
